Study Dean's Office/Examination Office
The Examination Office is staffed until and including 19.12.2025 during the regular office hours. You can find the office hours here. From 20.12.2025 until and including 04.01.2026 the office of the Examination Office is not open. The Examination Office can be reached by email on 22.12., 23.12., 29.12. and 30.12.2025. From 05.01.2026, office hours will take place as usual again.
JurService
JurSERVICE will not be staffed until and including 02.01.2026. Office hours will not take place. You can reach JurSERVICE until 23.12.2025 inclusive by mail.
Erasmus Office
The Erasmus Office can be reached by phone and by mail on 22., 23., 29., and 30.12.2025. You can find the contact details here.
Subject Advisory Service Bachelor IT/IP Law
The office for subject advisory service of the Bachelor's degree programme in IT Law and Intellectual Property Law (LL.B.-IT/IP Office) is staffed until and including 17.12.2025 during the regular office hours. From 22.12.2025 until and including 06.01.2026 the LL.B. IT/IP Office is not staffed. The LL.B. IT/IP Office can only be reached by e-mail during this period. From 07.01.2026, office hours will take place as usual again.
EULISP Course Guidance
The EULISP Office for the Master’s degree programme in IT Law and Intellectual Property Law is not staffed until and including 02.01.2026. Office hours will not take place. You can reach the EULISP Office in urgent cases by mail.
Dean’s Office
The Dean's Office is not staffed on site from 22.12.2025 until and including 02.01.2026. This also applies to service facilities (printing office, room allocation, etc.). The Dean's Office is working from home during the stated period and is generally reachable (of course except for the public holidays). You can find the contact details of the Dean's Office here.
