The topics for the term papers in the winter semester 2025/2026 will be available from Monday, February 2, 2026, at 09:00 AM in the E-Exams-ILIAS.

Guidelines
Many students are uncertain about the formal requirements they must adhere to when writing a term paper if no specific instructions are provided in the task description. The guidelines for writing term papers are intended to help eliminate such uncertainties. They are binding for both students and graders unless the task authors or departments provide different formal instructions for the paper.
Additionally, for these term papers, the guideline for assessing written assignments with the voluntary use of gender-sensitive language at the Faculty of Law applies for the first time.
