A special honor for a member of our faculty: PD Dr. Dimitrios Parashu, MLE was recently awarded an honorary adjunct professorship by Curtin University School of Law based in Perth (Australia).

“It fills me with particular joy and pride, because in this way I not only carry on what I have learned and handed down from Prof. em. Dr. Fenge and Prof. em. Dr. Oppermann, but I can also continue to carry the name of our faculty out into the world, which has always been a special concern of mine,” announced Mr. Parashu.

Mr. Parashu had rendered outstanding services in recent years through his active collaboration with the Curtin University School of Law. This included, among other things, a large number of guest lectures. This commitment has now been recognized with the award of the honorary professorship. The core teaching area will be European law.

The Faculty congratulates Dr. Parashu on this special honor.
