Courts and Administration: Administrative Jurisdiction and Judicial Administration in a Comparative Perspective

As part of the Master's Program in European Legal Practice, a guest lecture on "Courts and Administration: Administrative Jurisdiction and Judicial Administration in a Comparative Perspective" will take place on January 12, 13 (Room 1501.A003, Niedersachsensaal), and January 14, 2026 (Room 1501.A003, Niedersachsensaal), from 11:30 AM to 13:00 PM each day.

About the Event

The course addresses the relationship between the executive and the judiciary from the perspective of European law as well as the legal systems of several European countries. It focuses on a core issue of European law.
