International Criminal Law
As part of the European Legal Practice LL.M. programme, a guest lecture on “International Criminal Law” will be held on three dates during the summer semester of 2026.
We are pleased to announce that Prof. Dr. Gerhard Fiolka from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) will be the guest lecturer.
Anyone interested, including those not enrolled in the LL.M. programme, is cordially invited to attend.

About the Event
Genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and the crime of aggression have marked the 20th century and are an ongoing reality in our times. But how do states and the international community react to those crimes? The course gives a brief overview over those core crimes and their international and domestic prosecution, including the challenges of prosecuting them.
