Professor Dr. Christian Wolf, Hannah Hölzen, Enis Robert Dibrani and Moritz Reineke take part at the Kick-Off Meeting and Expert Meeting of “Fair-In-Debt” on the Mountain of Pohorje, Maribor (Slovenia). The EU Co-funded Project “Fair-In-Debt” aims to analyze all kinds of out-of-court enforcement titles to build comparative research in the Member States.
Therefore all project partner from nine different member states came together to discuss their national perspective on the enforcement titles, which are made out-of court, focused on the authentic instruments.
The Institute for Procedural Law and Attorney Regulations looks forward to the further cooperation.
