About the University

Founded in 1365, the Alma Mater Rudolphina Vindobonensis celebrated its 650th anniversary in 2015.
It is considered the leading university in Austria and enjoys a high international reputation.

Faculty of Law
The Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna is the oldest and largest law faculty in the German-speaking world. Law has been researched and taught there for over 600 years.
You have the option to participate in the teaching programme of the Legal Informatics Working Group (no postgraduate programme).
