Around the lecture-free period from 25 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 inclusive, there will also be restrictions on the availability of the Dean's Office and Dean of Studies.
Dean of Studies/Examinations Office
The Examinations Office is open during regular office hours up to and including 21 December 2023. You can find the office hours here. From 22.12.2023 up to and including 07.01.2024, the Examinations Office will not be staffed. During this period, the Examinations Office can only be contacted by email. From 08.01.2024 the office hours will take place regularly again.
JurService
JurService is not staffed up to and including 07.01.2024. Consultation hours are cancelled. You can reach JurService by e-mail in urgent cases.
Erasmus-Office
The Erasmus office will be staffed on 27.12.2023. Contact by telephone and e-mail is possible on all working days. You can find the contact details here.
Deanery
The Dean's Office will not be staffed on site from 24 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 inclusive. This also applies to the service facilities (print shop, personnel team, room allocation, etc.). The Dean's Office will be working from home during this period and can generally be contacted (with the exception of public holidays, of course).
